Have the boiler make, model and any displayed fault code ready if you can. Let us know when the problem started and whether it affects heating, hot water or both.

Do not remove the boiler casing or attempt gas repairs yourself.
If you smell gas
Leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 from outside. Do not use this quote form to report a gas emergency.
